All orders from Sound Like Juliet are fulfilled by Printful. Printful is a leading print-on-demand and fulfillment company that ensures high-quality production and timely delivery.

2. Processing Time 

  • Order Processing: Please allow ample time for order processing. This includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging. 

  • Printful Fulfillment: Once your order is processed, it will be sent to Printful for fulfillment. Printful typically takes a few business days to produce and prepare your custom products.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Domestic Shipping (within USA): Shipping rates are available at checkout. 

  • International Shipping: International shipping rates (if available) will be displayed at checkout. 

4. Shipping Times

  • Domestic Shipping: Estimated delivery may vary. Please refer to Printful's shipping information for more details.

  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please refer to Printful's shipping information for more details.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and location of your package.

6. Customs and Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Sounds Like Juliet is not responsible for delays due to customs processes.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

Sounds Like Juliet is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please make sure to provide accurate shipping information and consider using a secure delivery address.

8. Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase. If you need to make changes after placing an order, contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee that address change requests can be accommodated once the order has been processed.
